Following up the discussion on the LAM Interoperability Special Interest
Group, I think it would be good to formalize the group with a request to
the MCN Board.
We are past the deadline to present the request this year, but we can
still start organizing the group and get the discussion going.
I would kindly ask who has expressed interest in the group to fill in
the following form:

This will help giving the proposal a better chance to be considered.
You can also use this form to nominate yourselves or somebody else as
the chair or vice-chair. These positions will be "unofficial" until
December 2016, when the SIG proposal will be reviewed by the Board and,
if accepted, a new chair and vice-chair will be elected.
