The Museum Computer Network (MCN) is offering a great opportunity to help museum professionals attend our annual conference in New Orleans. Are you ready to jump into the fold and help make this year’s MCN conference run smoothly? Are you reliable and ready to get the job done? Do you want to rub elbows with the big wigs and get your name out there in the MCN world? Then help out and volunteer at the MCN conference.
We need many volunteers to complete a variety of different tasks. These include video editing, sound engineering, social media, WiFi management, and general administration. Shifts start on Monday, October, 31st through Friday, November 4th. Volunteer shifts are 4-8 hours, and in return for each shift the volunteer receives free registration for one day of the conference. Volunteers can also attend more than one day of the conference for free if they serve multiple shifts. You can find more information about MCN at mcn.edu. To learn more about volunteering and to apply please visit *mcn.edu/mcn2016volunteer <http://mcn.edu/mcn2016volunteer>*. Applications are due by *April 30th*.
