Greetings MCN mailing list members! This is my first submission so I hope all this information is appropriate. My name is Chrissy Farrier and I am the founder of Uzeeum, a site that aggregates information about NYC museums and offers our users tools to help them filter their search to find the most relevant museum options, quickly and easily.
I have a number of requests which I hope you will find of interest. 1. We are building our Advisory Board to contribute input on the strategy and direction of the firm. The experience requirements for prospective board member are pretty flexible and if you would like to learn more you can contact me directly via email [email protected] or via phone 646-420-3211 2. Next, we are seeking a freelance webmaster to work on the site. This will be a paid, part-time position for a person with WordPress experience. Again, if you are interested in discussing, please contact me directly. 3. Finally, we are launching our Guest Curator series and I would like to invite members of this group to participate in the program. The guest curator will simply pick 3-5 items from our site and then we will publish and promote your profile via a Q&A interview article. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a love of museums, is something of an influencer and would like a little PR and social media buzz for their personal or professional brand That's it!
