Hi We use ConvertKit - it does the automation side of things really well, and IMO the interface is much better than others I’ve seen, including MailChimp. Lots of integrations with 3rd party systems (“if user does X then do Y”) too. Popup nag-forms are easy too, if that’s your bag.
