Meredith, Not sure how helpful this is for your immediate needs, but ConservationSpace can be integrated with collection management and DAM systems by implementing an interface specification.

Has anyone successfully integrated their DAMS with the conservation module/section of their collection management system? Specifically, to push assets and specified metadata *to* the conservation module? Right now, we have this bi-directional integration in the objects module (object-related metadata pulls from CMS, image and image-related metadata pushes to objects). However, we've identified a need for this paradigm to occur in the conservation module as well. Our DAMS vendor (Montala) is capable of helping us with any potential builds, but before we pursue that any further, I wanted to look to see if anyone has performed this type of work or would be interested in partnering up. Stories/advice/recommendations/fully built and ready to use APIs welcome. Thanks!
