With current and future audiences in mind, we help museums transform their collections into accessible, relevant, inclusive, and sustainable tools for mission delivery. After 18 months of working on my own as Erin Richardson Consulting, I wanted to refine and define how I'll be working with museums, communities, and collections in the future. As I thought about growing a team (in the works!) and establishing my firm nationally and internationally (also already happening!), it became important to me to create an identity that does not rely on my name alone.
