Hello: My name is Pam Martin and I’m the Digital Content Manager at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo, New York. Our museum is heading into a construction period during which we’ll be closed for about two years. I think this is a topic that is not often discussed at museum conferences, so I am proposing a Professional Forum for Museums and the Web 2020 to discuss what and how to communicate with your audiences when your museum is (temporarily) closed.
So far there are three of us on the panel, but we would love to have more voices!
