   - *Program Manager: Event Planner*
   Serve as a key team member at the United States Diplomacy Center museum
   at the U.S. Department of State. Help devise a wide variety of events in
   the Diplomacy Center pavilion, such as panel discussions, luncheons, galas,
   or receptions for State Department staff, the general public, international
   diplomatic staff, donors, and others. Intake and vet requests to use the
   Diplomacy Center space, working with stakeholders to plan their use of the
   space through phone calls, email, and walk-throughs. Work with Diplomacy
   Center leadership to plan and manage events. Conduct look-ahead meetings

   the Diplomacy Center facility run smoothly in terms of room setup and AV.
   Perform some physical work such as setting up furniture and stages for
   events. Participate in walk-throughs of the Diplomacy Center facility to
   help plan furniture and stage configurations and AV needs. Run AV during
   events such as panel discussions, speeches, and films. This position is a
