Hello everyone,

Since 2015, the DLF Museums
Cohort<https://www.diglib.org/groups/membership-cohorts/museums-cohort/> has
consisted of a group of cultural and arts organizations that are working with
other DLF members across disciplinary and institutional boundaries to build
skills, share ideas, strengthen digital engagement and collections, and advance
technological initiatives in service of their common mission.

Begun as an exclusive group with generous support from the Kress Foundation,
since 2019 the DLF Museums Cohort has been open to all, regardless of
institutional membership or affiliation, to discuss questions that are
particular to museums and museum libraries and to tackle topics that resonate
across museums, archives, and libraries.

To meet the evolving needs of DLF's Museums Cohort and to encourage and foster
open dialogue and collaboration between group participants, we've created an
open listserv<https://lists.clir.org/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=DLF-MUSEUMS-COHORT&A=1>
for current DLF Museums Cohort members, anyone with museum interests, and those
who engage in public or academic-based museums projects! Sign up for the
listserv here<https://lists.clir.org/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=DLF-MUSEUMS-COHORT&A=1>
and mark your calendars for our next monthly
call<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1odMGaRYANbHqGW_oHrVjAmX16wLdpEZgVkSCPcyWYAE/edit>
 on August 26.

Best,
Gayle
