Hello, I hope everyone is well and taking care.
If you are free, I invite you to join Considering.Art⢠online via Zoom at 7 - 8 pm EDT this evening for: Considering Self. Excitingly - we will be unveiling a new 3D virtual viewing environment. Registration is FREE and open to all: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/considering-art-considering-self-registration-121889188845?aff=Tonight For this interactive tour, we will be delving into the brightly colored world of David Hockney RA. Collectively, we will explore Davidās representations of āselfā through subject, object and medium, with particular attention given to the intricacies and complexities that have arisen in the artistās monumental series - ā82 portraits and 1 still lifeā. We ask: in this body of work, just whose āselfā are we seeing? What constitutes a āstill lifeā? How do we consider the durational nature of this work, subject matter and title? In the meantime, please feel free to share our programming and links amongst your networks, friends and colleagues. We welcome new voices, ideas and opinions and are excited for you to invite new participants into the conversation. We look forward to seeing you all online later today. All the very best, Mark Team - Considering.Art⢠ā¤ļø -- Considering.Art⢠Your voice. Your idea.
