I have the below timeout tunable limits on my both client and server cfg 
files and am using stom 1.3.2.

plugin.activemq.heartbeat_interval = 30
plugin.activemq.timeout = 5
plugin.activemq.max_hbread_fails = 2
plugin.activemq.max_hbrlck_fails = 0
plugin.activemq.stomp_1_0_fallback = 0

So should I include the tuning parameters which you suggested along with 
what I have?
