I've created a couple of new collectives, created the *_{directed, topic}
exchanges in the RabbitMQ cluster
(verified and triple checked - they exists as they should in all servers).

Changed the main_collective in MCOllective server config, added them to the
collectives option in the client config,
but I still can't see them with "--list-collectives".

Also, the server say after a restart:

did I forget to reload something?! I'm sure I've done this before (several
times actually),
and it's always worked before. But might I have forgotten something this
time?

This is MCO, v2.6.0+dfsg-2.1 on Ubuntu 16.04LTS.
