All, Our email server hosts have informed us that they will be performing system upgrades this weekend starting Friday afternoon/evening and going through Sunday night. Here is a section of the message they sent us: *"During a weekend maintenance period beginning on Friday 9/28/2012 at or about 2000 hours through 9/30/2012 at or about 2000 hours LightHouse Hosting will be performing maintenance on it's mail services equipment and software. There will be a brief period of time during this maintenance window when our Web Based Email services, IMAP and POP services, and all outbound SMTP services will not be available. All inbound Email will continue to be accepted on our edge MX servers and queued for delivery once our mail services return to full operation. Customer Email outages are expected to be no longer then two to three hours during the full maintenance window however as previously stated, all inbound Email will be accepted and queued for delivery when our upgrades have been completed."*
With that in mind we ask all regatta hosts to set up their regattas with techscore before the weekend and send out the links before Friday afternoon.
