It would be nice, if MD-II would not only create the fake roots
automatically, but also remove them automatically, ie. if one deletes
all or all but one message linked to the fake root, the now uneccesary

More annoying is the fact (I mentioned earlier), that the threads
whose root is a fake one aren't sorted correctly (ie. with the default
threaded Subject sorting, they're all at the bottom after the other
messages) until a message is moved to or from the corresponding
folder (which causes the display to re-sort correctly). 
With some hundreds of messages in a folder it gets annoying having to
look for new messages somewhere in the middle instead of the bottom of
the list. 
Haven't tested with 1.3 yet - gonna do that tonight - but I don't
think it is fixed there (hoping to get prooved wrong on this ;-)).
