[md-2] Suggestion

Hi Olli,

I have a suggestion to make. Although making text surrounded in asterisks
bold, underlined when flanked by underscores, colouring in quoted blocks,
etc. is all a really good thing, I think it would be better if this would not
happen in signatures, as it totally screws up the layout of sigs which use
these characters (and a lot do). MDII already seems to recognise the sig
seperator, so maybe this will not be too hard?

Just a thought!
