[md-2] Subscribing to News Groups

Hi,

With free4all supporting 40000+ news groups you'll probably
understand the time involved with downloading a new list which may
only have a few adjustments to it.

Is it possible to make Microdot only update the group list rather than
load the whole thing again?.
