For what it's worth, with YAM all you have to do to see all the addresses and
cc's is to click in the line and then use the right arrow key to see all the
addresses, in the write window, and in the read window it nicely wordwraps
them and shows them all to you. I don't see why MDII couldn't do one or the
other.
