Yes, forwarding attachments does work (I'm using V1.3).
However, I've found that sending .rtf files gets messed up & the recipient
can't read them.
As for your problem, 2 things for you to consider:
If you are sending them to (for example) a mailing list, all attachments
are stripped off by the server.
If you are "Forwarding a mesage" that you have received which had an
attachment, then no, the attachment doesn't appear to be forwarded as well.
It is better to Go into "Add attachements" section and add the attachment
again before forwarding ... (IIRC).
