Hi,

older TI classes had a bug that they didn't close
vapor_toolkit.library, so any old vapor_toolkit library in
memory will not go away without a reboot, regardless of how
hard you flush. This is fixed iN TI 22.4.

Also, the WB "version" command will show the in-memory version
of a library even if you call it with a full path -- to have
it actually read the *file* you must do a 

 version file libs/vapor_toolkit.library
