Due to copyright or something, the MD guide file isn't included in the
NC distribution. Instead, the html docs that came with NC should
suffice.
However, if they don't, try downloading the MD demo from www.vapor.com.
As a seperate package, it contains the guide file. Stick it in S: and
the help key should work. It may not work from the menus, though.
