Clicking on the part name in the multiparts listview (top-right of message
window - normally reads "whole message" followed by "part 1"), and then
selecting "view" works ok (assuming MultiView is set in the MIME prefs). 
It won't display it as HTML - you will probably need a script or program to
rename the file before viewing to allow that.  Saving can be handled by
clicking "Save" instead of view.

Sorry this isn't very detailed...  ask if you need anything explaining.
