Not seen this myself, just sent some test messages to myself with the
various attachments and also one mail with all three attachments and
all saved okay to RAM and to disk.  Is this with all mails with these
attachments or just some specific ones, can you send me an example of
one you can't save <50K if possible :-) to see if I can save it.

Also can you save the files from Voyager or other apps (I guess that
would eliminate MIME prefs if you can).

What about the other settings?

Don't know yet, but I'm sure we'll work it out :-)  

Other thing to try is a re-install, very Windows I know but it works. 
Just copy your MD data directory and .prefs files to a spare
directory.

Reinstall MDii and then copy back the files.

Sorry I can't be of more help at the mo.  I'm sure we can get this
sorted though.  MD1.4 is fine here, best version so far.
