Thanks for being the first person who agrees with me on that :-) But
there are people on the netconnect mailing list that sware they have
done it (and are using it to prove it) I think because I missed out on
an intermediary update (1.3.1) that's where the problem lies.....

Have tried emailing Vapor... No response
Have tried emailing/ringing/faxing CW at Active... Did you not know he
has disappeared without trace (Trading Standards have tracked him down
for someone else but aren't saying where hes gone to, so I'm told)
As for buying NC3 - What line the pockets of someone who can't even be
bothered replying to emails?;-) I s'pose I will eventually (If I
don't use the get connected package instead) :-(
