[md-2] Things that desparately need to be added/changed in MD2

1. An ARexx command to return the complete path and filename to the
currently selected message

2. That "editing message loses references header" bug

3. Ability to run Arexx comands on start/quit/open msg/send msg/queue
msg/etc
