I haven't noticed that problem with Voyager, but with Microdot it is a
known bug that the TCP/IP stack must be started first for Microdot to
know it is there. Why not just change the settings, I have to click on
check news to get it. Also Miami must be started, but need not be
connected for Microdot to see it. That is another option. If you exit
Microdot and restart it with Miami up, it will also then see it.
