If you delete them in the acounts list they get flagged with "D" and
are non-existent, even though the name is still in the list. It looks
as if Ollie forgot to put in the code that should remove "D" flagged
accounts from the list.

If you make the user names the same as in Genesis, it will open with
the account of the current Genesis user. I don't know how it will
react with Miami though.

If you are using Miami, and MD-II makes no reference to Miami users,
you may be able to set a permenant ENV.
