MD-2 appears to have come out of DST already, despite the fact I have it set
to run until 26 Oct - there appears to be a bug there.
More importantly though, can we please get it to check something like the
SummerTimeGuard or FACTS DST variable. The built-in DST adjustment is far
too limited, and needs to be adjusted manually every year (unless like me,
you don't bother and just leave it at the defaults)
Technical details:
ENV:FACTS/DST contains one byte of data - either 0x00 for standard time or
0x01 for DST.
ENV:SUMMERTIME contains something like:
NT:0:0:0:3:60:0:0:10:120:60:YES

The important bit here is the "YES". This is "YES" for DST, and "NO" for
standard time. The rest of that string relates to the time it changes, and
will be irrelevant as far as MD-2 is concerned.
It should be simple to use one of these variables to get DST switched over
*at the correct time* if the user has an appropriate piece of software
installed.
