Hi Ewan,
I think you should buy the Koss KSC/35, they aren't that expensive and
sound awesome compared to the Sharp MD-MT821 in-ear headphones (you would
probably want to chuck them in the bin after getting the Koss).
They are a clip-on type, looks kind of funny at first but are surprisingly
comfortable to wear. Buy them, I did! ;)

I know that this is probably an old thread, or at least one that has
been asked repeatedly, but can anyone recommend a good set of
headphones for use with a portable MD unit? The ones I have with my
Sharp MD-MT821 are ok, but they iritate my ears after a while. Any
