I've dealt with MFE. Great service.
They shipped FedEx at very low cost ($10 to Italy), and the packet arrived
safe and sound in a week.
They even manage not to make you pay custom duties, since they declare $0 as
the value of the packet. :-)
MiniDisco ships DHL International, too expensive for us Europeans.

I've just received it (bought it from them). It's great.
Only thing is that after i installed it, when i start the pc, sometimes
everything goes fine, sometimes instead, I hear LOUD noise from the
speakers. Rebooting was a remedy to this (the problem never showed up twice
in a row). This problem showed up the first few times, now it seems it's
disappeared. HoonTech states it's the first time they receive such a problem
report, but I thought I should tell you anyway.
The card is now functioning perfectly, and if you need optical out from your
PC, at $19 it's a real steal.
