I'd like to know the same thing-- I'm currently running the analog
cable out the back of my A/V G3 PowerMac.
I've read that most internal CD-Rom units have a digital out-- the
problem is accessing it. And I'm much too cowardly to get involved in
a weekend of hardware hacking. :)
