This proves my point with just receiving unlucky batches in various
countries. Here, I find that the Sony MD's are unreliable yet the TDK's are
absolutely brilliant. It's a different story for every user. We're either
just unlucky with certain brands depending on location, or it's something
else 3#-)

Did you have problems with recording or mechanical problems (shutter,
flimsy case or sth.) ? I'm using both the colored blanks and the normal
XG ones, and didn't have any problems so far. If there's anything I
should know, please tell me. I think the colored ones have very nice
colors.
