Thankyou for the first bit. Thing is I'd like to be able to pop down to my
local
games retailer and not have to desperately look for "Linux whatever" or
"Beos
whatever" on the requirements bit, whereas with Win98 I'm virtually
guaranteed
compatability. Win95? fine. DOS? fine. Anything else? errr, what else!!!
I have not seriously checked out Linux or BeOS because of the above reason.

Anyone who knows me will confirm I do not condone any sort of copyright
infringement. Unfortunately they may well go on to say I'm a hypocrite.
And
besides God [Bill Gates] won't miss a few dollars from a copy of Win98. I
think it's *very* big and *very* clever. I should get my WinZero upgrade
when
it is released in a year or two for about UKP1 also. Why else do people buy
CD writers for their machines but to pirate software?
