Like everything to do with Richer Sounds, this seems to vary from branch to
branch - this afternoon I used the WhatHi-Fi voucher at the Chelsea shop to
buy twenty four HiSpace at 79p each [they were the 'color' in packs of 8,
and the assistant gave me the extra four at 79p rather than splitting a
pack] and twenty TDK at 1.29 - interestingly, these were TDK 'fine' in
clear storage boxes, five each of red and blue to a box - I haven't seen
these before. So try your local branch, you may be lucky.
Also in stock was the Sony RM-D11P remote titling keyboard. I think these
are imported by Richers from continental Europe, - I've never seen them
anywhere else. In fact, I've never seen them anywhere, as they are one of
those items which are always elusively out of stock. The last time I tried
to track one down, the guy thought that there _might_ be one in Liverpool,
but that it was probably a computer error... Well, I snapped it up while I
had the chance, and very fetching it is too, an asset to any coffee table.
It claims a seven metre range, and does seem quite happy to work from a
table on the other side of the room. The rapture of having an apostrophe on
a key all to itself! Even titling German operas is now a joy. Get it while
you can.
