Some of the "CD to CD Recorders" do double speed dubbing....

I think it must be possible to do double speed CD->MD dubbing. It's true that
most of the extra DSP power gained during the evolution of Microelectronics has
been used to improve the algorithm (or better: to implement features of the
algorithm that weren't implemented yet due to lack of processing pwer), but I
think it must be possible to run an ATRAC chip on double speed.
