Hello Boys and Girls (any there girls left on the list?),
found myself with some spare time and somehow bored and thought it's time to
return to the list of lists to wrack your nerves again with bad english and
my fine sense of horrible humour. I'm glad to find the most of you still
alive and talking about the same threads and on- and off-topics we had when
I left the list for summer.
Some good news in my first posting - and all totally MD-related:
1. Blank prices are slowly dropping here in bad old germany. Found 80 mins
HiSpace for 5 Deutschmarks if I remember correct.
2. Seems that MD is slowly becoming common ghost. A girl in my office went
to a hifi store to buy a new cassette walkman. She has never heard about MD
before (women, ha!). The salesman told her about the benefits of MD and she
bought a Sony 920 deck and an MZ 25 porty. Now she's so happy with it and
talks the whole day about MD. To make things clear: She does not complain
about the high prices of MD stuff - she just bought! Cool! Sometimes women
are surprising.
