My 702 is having a very strange volume problem. The volume only has two
levels, 0 (no sound) and 1-30 (every setting between 1 and 30 is the same
level, which is very very very quiet, probably equal to the 1 setting on
nomal 702's). But, to make matters even more strange, the "beep" sound is
completely normal. My questions: Has anyone experienced this problem? It
seems to me to be an EEPROM setting problem. Does anyone know which EEPROM
settings control the volume settings? Is there any way to reset the EEPROM
settings completely? My warranty is up, so I'm really in need of some help.
