I recently get an sharp 722, a wonderfull piece in many ways, but when it comes to recording whit a mic I have some problems. Its this noise thats appears whenever I plug in the mic, even if I just plug in an miniplug whitout anything connected. If i get the level down to 20 its almost gone, but not everything. Im gonna use it for interviews, so whit the level that low the "feeling" in the voice is almost gone. Is this normal, Im use to zero distortion whit regular taperecorders, so I just wonder if this is a common problem whit the 722 or the MD standard? But I guess this is NOT normal, so I just wonder if anyone have the same experience or can give me some advice. I also wonder whats the best way to connect a XLR mic to a miniplug. Im probably gonna use an sennheizier md421. (I guess this have nothing to do whit the noise issue, I have tryed a coupple off mics whit regular miniplugs.) thanks in advance Johan ----------------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this list send a message containing just the word "unsubscribe" to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
