It's a product that came about as a result of discussions in
alt.audio.minidisc some time ago when I was building a project which did
exactly that. Unfortunately they don't seem to have conquered the
compression system I used yet because it doesn't offer anything better than
cassette, transferring at rates slower than a 28k modem. They wont get the
compression system either because I have patent on it and Iomega made me an
offer I couldn't really refuse! :o)
