Try a Videologic SonicVortex2, or any other Aureal Vortex2-based card.
Available from the usual online retaillers (www.dabs.com,
www.insight.com/uk/, www.simply.co.uk), or if you're in a hurry I've seen
Aureal's own SuperQuad card in PC World stores.
Expect the Videologic to be about 50 quid, possibly a bit more for the
others.
