Sometimes, I find my deck at home (a 320) will, after a number of edits, slicing, dicing, and moving, that the "total minutes" -- 74:59, seems to diminish the more you edit. Let me explain more fully: If you have X number of tracks, and you find you need to slice off about 5 seconds off of 3 tracks, due to your absentmindedness of leaving the minidisc unit recording while your tape deck launched into the next song. This, of course, means you need to take 15 seconds off altogether. Your disc reads 29:30 now (minutes left to record). You make the edits, and now find the remaining time is 29:38, not the 29:45 you were expecting.
