1 or 2 pallets!!!! If anyone can get some I would gladly buy 1 or 2 off of
someone! And the second store I found that had them was a store in the
boonies, does seem wierd to me also.

I called around and couldn't find another Wal-Mart in NJ that carried
any Sanyo gear, let alone MD. The store in LaVale seems (seemed) to
really have some, but I got several emails today asking for the
number, and two readers (one of whom I know personally) later reported
getting the "last one". When I called the store this evening, they did
not have anymore and didn't expect to get more. The price really is
(was) $65 though.
Matt (whom I spoke to on the phone and who seems quite trustworthy)
said that his friend who works at the store said they had yet another
pallet or two of them. I will try and talk to the automotive
dept. manager there to see what the story is. One thing I should note
is that LaVale MD on the MD/PA border and out in the boonies, closer
to Pittsburgh than to Washington DC. What in the world is
Sanyo/WalMart doing, dumping these units at blowout prices in the
sticks? It's weird.
