Tapes are still the #1 selling medium in the U.S., largely because of the 
installed base of cassette players. However, tape's lead is getting 
smaller every day.

As for cars, most cars over US$20,000 come standard with a CD player now, 
and many cars under that price come standard with CD or offer it as a 
pretty inexpensive option.
