That little box costs $149 from Sony and I've never found it in Sony's stock
when I call. I thought I could save on buying the software but Sony has all
angles covered on this.  I did buy the MDS-PC1 deck with the MD Editor and
it's by far the best way I've found to use MDs features.  Any other way
seems archaic now.
