I own a Sony MDS-JE510, and it does one thing that irks me: when I seek
backwards in a song (that is, while a song is playing, I press the
backwards seek button), the player will go backwards a few seconds
(depending, of course, on how long I hold it), then jump forward several,
usually about 5-10. Is this something that just happens on the 510, or is
it a Sony MD thing?
I have a Sony CD player that does this just fine, and I like it because
it's smooth. It makes my MD player look bad!
