MD: MP3 maker & 120 MHz??

Hi guys,

I have a 120 MHz Pentium antique here, I was wondering if there is any program that 
will allow me to make MP3's on this??  Most of them seem to want at least a 
200MHz....... would they work anyway on mine?

Anybody know?
