Greetings, I've already seen the flame wars in the archives over Sony's End/Search feature. This is NOT attempt to debate the merits of their decision or start another flame war. Let's just say that it creates problems for me, and leave it at that. The question, then, is this: Has anyone found a way to change this default action for the R50 to act more like the Sharps and Aiwas do? Like maybe a hidden parameter or ROM upgrade? (I asked Sony this question and they never responded. Big surprise.) If not, then I have to seriously consider replacing it with something else, like one of the Aiwas. One of the things I love about the R50 is how easy it makes editing stuff that's on the disc. Setting track marks, erasing tracks, moving tracks and setting titles are all dead simple operations. The reviews I've read of the Aiwas (the choice I'm leaning towards) lead me to believe that their editing features are not as simple to use as the Sony's. Is this really the case? Or does it sound worse than it really is?
