I was in London a couple of weeks ago and bought 10 Traxdata 74 Min
Minidisks from MORGAN Computer Co in New Oxford Street (not the most likely
venue for MD's, but a good venue for
bankrupt computer goods) for �12.99 (ex VAT). Not as good price wise as RS
but OK if you can loose the VAT somewhere in the business! For those that
worry about such things they are transparent green in colour with flip type
clear case. They are selling them in boxes of 5.
Recorded on a couple of them so far with no problems & they sound as good to
me as my MUCH more expensive Sony 80's.
Also notice in latest pricelist from TechDirect (www.techdirect.co.uk look
under CD Devices then CD Media, or phone them on 0208-286-2222) that they
have 74 min Minidisks at �0.99 (ex VAT). Ordering off the web site gives
free delivery, but you have to pay delivery charge if you order by phone.
