Yep, that's what I mean... all the other manufacturer's units allow you
to do this, but Sony's don't.

Exactly. The 702 remote isn't very attractive, but it's very easy to use.

I've heard that the Sharp floppy-style mechanism has very few problems,
while the Sony-style door is the part that breaks the most on Sony units.
