Both Best Buy and Circuit City lost me as a customer by not
bothering to keep anything in stock. Happened to me when I went to
buy a DTV satellite awhile back and again when I impulsively decided
to buy a MD recorder rather than an MP3 player. They did me a favor
- saved me money and let me discover the R90 instead of the R55 that
they didn't have in stock.
Kinda like little shops claiming that Wal-mart put 'em out of
business. BS. They put themselves out. Wal-mart (and online audio
merchants) simply fill the gap.
