connect the line out or earphne jack,line out would be better, on the
R90 to the line In on the sound card.  open volume control, under
START/Programs/Entertainment/volume control

click on options menu and then properties.  under adjust volume for...
check recording,,,,, make sure Line-In is checked, click OK  ,,,,click
on Select for the Line IN volume control ...


Now open windows Sound Recorder under START/Programs/Entertainment/sound
recorder

and record the sound with it. save it with the name you want and email
it.
